Cancellation Policy
At TOP X TIER Esthetics, your time is valued and reserved just for you. In order to provide the best experience for all clients, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy is strictly enforced:
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service total.
• Same-day cancellations or rescheduling, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the service total.
Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your scheduled time and there has been no communication, your appointment will be marked as a no-show and charged in full.

Emergencies do happen — communication is key. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out and I’ll do my best to reschedule you at my earliest availability.
